2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
2.1. 4.2.3. The USER agrees not to introduce or distribute on the SITE or on the computer infrastructure that supports it, any viruses that may cause damage to ChatZone and its users.
4.2.4. The USER agrees and undertakes not to perform any actions that may damage the reputation and good name of ChatZone, its employees and partners.
5. RESPONSIBILITY
5.1. AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE SITE
ChatZone shall not be liable to the USER for any failure of the site or for any interruption, delay, slowdown, loss or disconnection of communications and transmissions. ChatZone does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the continuous, uninterrupted, and uninterrupted operation of the site.
5.2. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Despite the efforts of ChatZone to implement the highest security standards, ChatZone shall not be liable, either directly or indirectly, for damages of any kind caused to the user as a result of the presence of viruses or other elements in the services and content of the SITE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ChatZone cannot guarantee or insure them and, therefore, shall not be held liable related to the breach of security in its systems by a third party acting in bad faith.
5.4.3. ChatZone shall not be liable for any damage caused by natural disasters or the improper operation of the website or its services due to causes beyond its control. This may include the following non-exhaustive list: failures of Internet operators, improper configuration of the user's computer or insufficient power of the computer system to support the content and volume of information displayed on the portal.
